Bonus Upgrade Workshop
The Modular CRM Upgrade: The Relational Glue

Target Outcome:
Permanently decommission $3,600+/year in CRM subscriptions by building a custom, relational database that never charges for "premium actions" or technical debt.

This workshop provides the foundational database into which all the automated systems from the first five workshops are plugged. Instead of creating a simple, static spreadsheet, participants build a full Material Requirements Planning (MRP) application capable of managing every department from initial lead to final shipment.

Key features of this upgrade include:

The Technical Architecture - The CRM uses Google Sheets to act as a relational database and relies on Google Apps Script for its logic layer.

The 12-Tab Schema - To support modular agentic builds and ensure data integrity, the CRM is structured across 12 specific tabs, including databases for Vendors, Catalog, Warehouses, Clients, Payments, Stock Movements, and a centralized Interaction Log.

System Integration - Because of its modular nature, the CRM seamlessly connects to your other tools. For example, the inbox agent built in Workshop 1 can automatically add a new client to the database, while the document generation engine from Workshop 3 can pull accurate pricing directly from the 'Catalog' tab.

Bonus AI Deployment - The workshop also includes instructions for building and embedding a custom AI Customer Support Bot using Google AI Studio, which lives on your website and funnels captured leads straight into the CRM.

Learn How to Use Workspace to Run Your Business

Workshop 1:
The Low-Touch Inbox and Communication Triage

Target Outcome:
Save 90 minutes per day in Admin Work

This session transforms email into a sorted, automated communication hub by reclaiming time through reasoning-based triage. Participants learn to set up an AI agent that pre-classifies and drafts responses for 80% of their communication using Workspace Studio, Google Chat notifications, and Gemini.

Workshop 2:

Meeting Mastery- Transcripts to Tasks

Target Outcome:
Save 120 minutes per week in Admin Work

Focused on eliminating the manual drag of post-meeting follow-ups, this workshop helps participants move from manual note-taking to automated project briefs. It transforms meetings into structured task data by using Google Meet AI summarization to automatically extract action items and create entries in Google Tasks or a project tracker.

Workshop 3:
Document Automation and Invoicing at Scale

Target Outcome:
Save 180 minutes per week in Admin Work

This module targets the repetitive clerical work of creating invoices, contracts, and reports by building a precision generation engine from a Master Data source. Entrepreneurs will build a "Master Data Sheet" and use Workspace Studio to automatically merge data into Google Doc templates, generating and emailing PDFs with a single click.

Workshop 4:
The Client Command Center and Feedback Loop

Target Outcome:
Save 120 minutes per week in Admin Work

This session focuses on building a self-running client experience from lead capture to final review by automating the entire onboarding lifecycle. Participants set up Google Forms for onboarding that automatically trigger the self-provisioning of dedicated Shared Drive folders, Chat Spaces, and calendar invites, while also automating post-project feedback requests.

Workshop 5:
Project Triage and Team Coordination

Target Outcome:
Save 180 minutes per week in Admin Work

The final workshop addresses team project management by replacing external tools like Trello or Asana with a unified dashboard that consolidates communication into a single "Institutional Brain". It involves customizing a Google Sheet for project tracking, configuring Workspace Studio alerts to ping a team Chat Space for delayed tasks, and setting up secure Shared Drives.
